From the same noob who brought you fully upgradable armors, comes another addon that will make all gunzerkers of the Zone go full cheeki mode. As weaponology would say "Its time to go ballistic".
Allows to fully upgrade all weapons in Arsenal Overhaul 3.4.4
I wanted to release a full compatability addon for all weapon addons, but turns out that individually modifying every upgrade file and testing them is really tedious work. Who would have thought. Still I didnt want to wait that long to upload this, so here it is.
Compatabilty for stcop and owr will come over time. I will upload them here once they are finished. All other addons should be compatible with this, so go nuts. :)
Instalation procedure and stuff is included in the files. Although its not a dificult procedure. My 3 year old nephew could do it. And he did....
Totally forgot to mention. This is saved game compatible, only if you dont have upgraded weapons in those saves. If you do have upgraded weapons, then a new game is required.

Added optional upgrade trees for bolt action snipers for AO. Thse are alsow fully upgradable, including their scopes. Changes were made to the SVD upgrade file, so if you happen to have a upgrade svd, svu or vks you will need a new game after installing this optional addon.

That was my bad. I forgot to mention that if you already have upgraded weapons in your save, you need to start a new game.

Well to be honest, i like AO. Yes it does share weapons with other mods but they weren't stolen so yeah

Thank you. Not being able to upgrade weapons made them feel way less personal and involved.
You could always upgrade weapons. The only change made here is that this addon allows you fully upgrade your weapons, while originally you had to pick some upgrades over the others.

I seem to remember every time I went to upgrade something like the Tr22 (whatever the big, green sniper rifle is), there were no available upgrades.
I know what you mean. There are some weapons in AO that dont have upgrade trees, like bolt action rifles, 50. Beowulf M4, the minigun and etc.
This addon doesnt add any new upgrade trees. I only modified the existing ones to allow players to fully upgrade the already upgradable weapons. Its an easier mod to release because its far more compatible with others addons presented here.
I think i can add these missing upgrade trees for bolt snipers and stuff as an optional bonus here with this addon. However be aware that some addons like the more weapon damage for AO, wont be compatible with it.
Then I misunderstood the purpose of the mod.
Still, gives me another place to spend my rubles.
Dont worry. Adding upgrade trees to bolt snipers is currently on my to do list. For the sake of giving them scope upgrades in the very least.

Hey, man. I'm not sure what it is, but after I upgraded the Lynx's scope, its been going crazy and zooming through time and space whenever I look through it. I wanted to ask if you ever saw that insane **** or if its just a bug with AO
Lets say that i have seen that insane shir. ;)
Thats why I changed some values in the weapon files, cause if the zoom factor stayed as vanilla, then it would go crazy after upgrading the scopes zoom.
Let me ask you. Did you install the optional file that contained the bolt action sniper upgrade? Cause if you havent i recommend you to do it, and be sure to copy its gamedata, so to not miss any files. Notice that if you didnt install the optional file and you do it now while having an upgraded svd lynx in your saved game, you will need a new game. Sorry mate.
Another cheeki breeki solution, is for you to go to your gamedata, configs, weapons, and open the w_svd file with notepad.
Then search for scope_zoom_factor and see if the number in front is 10.
Personally i think its best to install it properly with the optional files.

Started new game, i'm using call of changes + AO3 + itemsoup + dynamic factions and your armor full update.
The odd thing, it only crashes when either when i'm bleeding, or treating the wound.
Item soup for AO?? Never seen the item soup for AO in the addons here. Could you provide me a link for it?
Everything else is compatible since i use those addons myself.
Edit: after lookingvat the log a bit better, and seeing call of changes, i assume that your problem is there. Try installing call of changes again, since there seems to be a problem with the bledding effect.

EDIT: Never mind. I tried doing it my self but i noticed that there is no file for SVT-40 in the gamedata/config/weapon file.
Concerning the update this will take a while. Im waiting a bit and letting things sink in first with AO and 1.4.
These two mods are still being fixed and improved, so once these bugs are sorted out I will release an updated version.
Will look into the SVT-40. Some weapon files share more then one weapon in them. Thats why you didnt find the SVT file.

I found SVT-40 code. It share file with SVD.
I've been testing the mod with 1.4.0.2, and didn't CTD, but the values are off. I believe a small fix can be done.
Exactly. It shouldnt crash, but its not acurate with the updated 1.4. This is what I will be working on.

I was trying to change ability to attach scope in ak74 upgrade tree to increased mags capacity. I just copied this upgrade from LR300 tree, pasted in right place, removed old upgrade, changed all "lr_300" in to "ak_74" but game is crashing every time when im giving weapon to technican ;/
