Well this is just amazing. I played for an hour just running around & didn't see any cops. Do they only spawn during mission ?
No. They also can spawn if camera will see you.
How long does it take for them to appear ? I have been standing in front of the camera about a minute. And nobody still came to investigate. Edit: I've noticed that the camera keeps beeping but nothing really happens.
You need to move away from the camera to a distance and they will appear.

Lighting is a very exacting to PC in this map. That's why I added cloudy version of map.
This maybe a silly question but is it possible, and if so how, to save progress on the map?

Fantastic work m8. A few more of these and us filthy low-mid PC users won't have any need for Catalyst to scratch our open-world itch :)
Excellent map, I dare say it's better than Catalyst's Open world because there's more ways to get between buildings and the extra "timed obstacle courses" are a fun interesting addition.

Can i climb 'The Shard' or go closer to him?
Because im need to look on shard from different angles.
Approximately how big is the map? Did you go off the city model in the main menu, or was it entirely your creation? Looks fun, so I'll have to try it!
