1/ extract it to your NTW data folder (My Computer/Program Files*/Stea,/SteamApps/Common/napoleon total war/data)
*It may also be called "Program Files x86" for Vista and Windows 7 user
2. Tick the "fifer_mod" box (if using Mod manager), or alternatively go to your user.script if you have one (*YOUR NAME HERE*/AppData/Roaming/The Creative Assembly/Scripts) and enter in the following: mod "fifer_mod.pack";
