Version two of Female Stalkers v.1 beta. This mod is basically an update that adds more content.
UPDATE 10/5: I've added a temporary patch that should make most female stalkers sound how they should sound. I also added a new skin, freedom babe. She's a rare find, so keep your eyes peeled, stalkers!
THIS MOD IS OUTDATED. UPDATED VERSION FOR 1.5.1 WILL BE RELEASED.
Like v.1, this mod not only gives the player the option to enter the zone as a female stalker but also:
Adds several more female skins
Adds female stalkers into the zone. (They're an uncommon sight though)
Is now compatible with Trader Overhaul
Gives the option to still enter the zone with female stalkers present while still playing as a male stalker
Got rid of the option to play as Kat. No one likes a "Karen in the Zone"
Should be compatible with existing saves
Like the previous addon, certain armors the player wears changes. This took me a shit ton of digging through the internet to find these models. This mod does not change Hip's appearance. In the future, I'll make another mod that changes Hip's appearance. I also plan to keep updating this mod, so stay tuned, stalkers!

Great work, however, the professor guy near Yanov Station "He's normally in the red outfit" in the bunker got replaced with a very manly sounding female lol..in fact they all are male voices.
Hi I would like to know where do i put the mesh and texture files because NPCs doesn't change their skin when i put them in gamedata. Perharps i put it in wrong folders ?
It might be better to change the sound lines for the npc's that use the female meshes and textures in the charactor_description files? Looking at the files to see what to do before dropping this in. Might need to look at the visuals and backtrack them to the npc that uses them. Unless maybe you have a list of which npc's are changed and/or which visual they recieved? If it's random it may take a walk in the zone to track down whose voice to change.
This is a couple lines from Hip in charactor_description_escape.xml Since she already has a female sound set in the mod.

They are in gamedata/configs/gameplay. If you select all files and open with notepad ++ then cntrl F search all open files for characters_voice you will get a nice list of all the characters in the game. Then just change the ones you changed the visuals for to the sound line for Hip. If I knew how to edit an ogf I would just make one for each female visual in a seperate folder in gamedata/meshes and assign them using the character_description files visuals line. Like this <visual>ltd_actors\podrostokd</visual> But that may require unique names for the meshes and textures and a new folder for them also. This is how I change Hip from original to Hip Clear Sky, Hip Demosfen and Ellie from Last of Us. Using the charactor_description file. The way you did it is fine. Just that is where to change the sounds to female and I would change the visuals there also just because that is how I know to change them.
Hey I was wondering if and when there will be more outfits that will have female models, right now it's only a few specific outfits that work and have the female model and the rest are just still men, so would it be possible to while you are searching for new models to use, just make it so a lot of the current outfits will use some of the other models you already have, and replace them with the newer models later when you find them?
Can you readd the skins from v1 for those outfits to go along with this pack? the wastelander and etc outfit reskins from before on v1 do not work in this version together
I suffer from the exact same problem, buying the CS2a (Cs_light) body armor (from Spore in my case), or equiping it after spawning it into the game via debug causes a crash to the desktop.
try adding an already valid audio file to replace the anomaly\gamedata\sounds\actor\screams\taunt_2.ogg. That's strange, I've never encountered that. What version are you on?
I suppose I have latest version of anomaly and also latest mod version, I might have not installed one of them #revoices folder I installed, I think I play version 2, female stalker with occasional female stalkers.
Thank You for this mod. Using RC19. Option 3. JSGME Avatars in 1st/3rd person avatar working great. Can hear voices. Profile pic selection gets blank options and 1 Female (white coat). Gear switches profile pic sometimes though.
The gear switching profile pic is an option in the Anomaly settings (I think it was something along the lines of Outfit changes actor portrait or something like that)
Hello yes, can we get a more updated and more thorough installation guide? Because I've followed all the steps, including other tutorials for JSGME, and no matter what I do the mod will not work. When I open the launcher after following your steps, says at the bottom in orange text:
*installed addons can cause problems or crashes*
and when I launch and open my game: nothing. Character model still the same, no icons, no options, nothing.
Within this week, I'll try to upload several interesting more skins

I'm having the same problem
That message I think is for every addon you install it. Launcher detects any installed addon and post that as a warning, for every addon.
