Just do what comes natural. - T. You can call this Brutal Combat or Madness Doom or whatever.
Hi again, folks, this is my new project called FancySFX. I was thinking of doing some MOAR sound mods and call them like.
NOW WITNESS THE POWER OF MY AUDACITY
This is really big update, so here's the changelog:
Update 2. 26/04/19
Weapons:
Brand "new" Minigun from Project Nexus (at least I tried to do something with it).
Improved Beretta shooting sound.
New Fist attack sounds (their quality was dropped a bit for overall quality).
More "punchier" jabs sounds than the previous ones.
New Shotgun and SSG (both barrels) blast sound. Also new pump sound.
New reload sounds for Pistol and Rifle/SMG/AA-12, weee!
New Grenade bounce sound.
New Rocket Launcher PN-ish fire sound.
Completely removed all shooting echoes, so now SMG shooting can be heard (also because of SMG dual-wielding bug with no echo).
New Axe draw sound - Knife unsheathing from Project Nexus.
BFG energy ball explosion now can be heard from longer distance.
All weapons now have one draw sound (except Chainsaw, Hitlersbuzzsaw (wrong pickup and no draw sound), Shotgun and SSG).
No more earraping nuke explosions (replaced with more smooth one), clangs and Shotgun blasts, Rifle shooting was bass-boosted (as 22kHz rate was too bad).
Delay was removed in some original files (except BHITDIR, because of earrape, when shooting shotgun).
Tanks/Turrets (Thompson) and Hitlersbuzzsaw (Type-95) now have better sounds.
New sounds for Revolver.
New distant explosion sound.
Common:
Volume level of many sounds was equaled.
Many sounds were crystallized (more clear than the original ones).
Added PN-ish menu sounds.
Windows blast volume was finally decreased, so now you can break all the windows (for example, MAP01), hooray!
New body fall sounds.
New landing sounds (footsteps were removed, unfortunately, but there's version with footsteps).
If you don't want to hear player jumping as it presented in PN, choose "without jump" version.
New platform moving sounds.
Zombiemen are harder now - their in-combat grunt sound was removed.
Improved Zombiemen's scream sound.
New door sounds (opening one was improved and finally added door closing sound, thanks to Rogue Spear).
New body splat sound (alternative classic FPS headshot sound).

Nice addon! ^_^
Thanks!
yeah! awesome
I'm glad you like it <3
Playing realism with this mod for the true madness experience
Right, I always play on Realism :)
Upd: and my *** always blows up, when I fail the level on last steps...
Yeah it does get pretty bs at times. For instance, why does the nazi soldiers from wolfenstein have or take more bullets than the zombies you deal with?
Hey, I've been playing Project Nexus for several days. So, I've got new sounds and going to update the mod. Please, stay tuned.
The mod was updated. You can see changes on a video - Youtu.be
Let the Madness Consume us all
It looks great but, for what kind of mods does it work, exactly? And how is it installed?
For now it works on Brutal Doom only. There are only sounds, no codes (except full version, which comes with INFO script for player jump sounds). Also, I was thinking of doing another MC audio pack for Vanilla Doom.
Oh, Ok. Thanks, buddy.
Don't mention it. Also I've released this mod for Vanilla Doom yesterday.
Does that mean it works with Doom, Doom II, and everything done with Doom II?
Yep, Vanilla Doom version works with both Doom I and Doom II.
It works until some mod uses it's own sounds with different names.
Ok, and where can I find this mod but for Vanilla Doom, exactly?
Here's the link - Moddb.com
Thanks.
maybe make a madness combat soundtrack replacement?
