Nice idea. Better sounds for item usage are highly needed.
Two things I noticed:
You can year the XP counter and the ambient sounds in the background.
Other than that, I think this is pretty neat.
I thought i got all xp noises ... will upload the new files tonight.
I can't download for some reason, it says that the file is not available.

also, last time someone was adding sounds from EFT to the game (they lost the files and couldn't finish) they mentioned using a unity unpacker program to pull the audio files straight from the game.
Not sure how involved that process is but you may want to look into it if you can't find a quiet place to record the sounds in-game.
Here I am, I could give you the medical sound effects from tarkov, as well as some foley sounds to accompany them, if you want them
