Movable hud for "brutalv20b" based on script of HudSuper by sonic_HD87 and sprites of UDV_v.20.12, D4T_Crucible and doomvisor_hudWWv1.1a.
It works on GZDoom 4.XX; load in last order with "brutalv21 or other mods". Zandronum 3.0 compatible.

Your mod nearly works with BDv21. There is just some counting errors with the ammo.. Mostly just the shotgun :)
After some more testing, the keys do not show in the hud.
i think a better word for your HUD would be 'dynamic' ;)
thats what you hud is, it is dynamic as in that it 'moves around'
in front of the players view, caused by the force of the player's movements

I´ve been trying to make BDv21 work in VR and it works with that version.
I have a few visor mods, but none of them is good in vr. But yours move with the screen and i thought it could work in VR.

This could potentially be my favorite HUD, but I really don't like seeing my name as "Cpl. Taggart" at all times. It would be nice if it showed my player name. Otherwise, I'd just like to be able to turn it off.

I have a few feature requests:
1. Can I modify this and implement the things below, and potentially release it as a patch/version? If not, I can just use it for my own use
2. Is there a way to make it static (non-moving)? I know the whole point is that it's a moving HUD, however I really like this but I find the movement a bit too over the top. A way to tone it down or turn it off would be good.
3. Would it be possible to set the Cpl. Taggart name as your doom Marines player name? Apparrently you can get that through ACS (See Forum.zdoom.org). If they are using the default name "Player", then it makes sense to show Cpl Taggart instead (or make it an option as well)
4. Can you show the save percent of whatever armor we have equipped? It can get confusing having Blue lights for 101 armor, even if it's armor from armor powerups (which IIRC only give the same protection as green armor). Maybe modify the script to color the HUD Blue or Green based on your armor save percent, not your armor amount.
5. It would be cool if the heartbeat monitor sped up the more damage you have taken recently and the more shots fired recently. Then it would slowly go back to the default value. Would give the illusion of Doomguy being under stress
6. This HUD does not display Inventory Icons at all. I don't even think this is possible to do using ACS, which is a shame, but maybe you could add it to SBARINFO somewhere. This would make it non-dynamic, but it might be better than nothing. I know Inventory items are rare in Doom, but they are not completely unused in PWADs. Maybe a custom INVBAR as well, although that's just asking too much.
7. It may make sense to turn off all the gauges and displays (but leave the helmet) when the minimap is open, since they tend to block what you are looking at.

With Gzdoom 4.x and Dynamic Hud the game freezes for a split second when you pick up new armor and HUD color is changing(i.e. like from green to blue). Any ways to fix it?
