I don't know if it's intentional or not, but if I take the first door to the right from spawn, and throw a grenade beside the boxes to the corridor (there's plenty of free space to do that), the grenade bounces back to my teammates killing them. There's some invisible wall maybe?
Good catch, I might have messed up some blocking volume settings.
