The following is a 'story' written of the map's history:
This isolated place of destruction, undeniably, has it's reputation. You've been given the sanction of deciding whose blood splatters across the map. Just remember, it's 'assured' to happen. It's previous owner himself was convicted of 17 murders. He was sent to serve years inside a jail in Na Pali and was driven psychotic. He didn't hesitate to realize his only solution and the only way out. He broke himself out of jail and soon after was killed. The man who murdered him had an unspoken connection of hatered with him. But instead of being punished, he was looked up to and has ever since taken over ownership. All witnesses, for refusing to confess what was seen or known about him were then forced to battle for eachother's lives in the very structure that this psychotic man calls home. This wasn't up to the newly found owner, as he was against giving the same treatment as given to his brother. His last words before the first tournament began were as quoted; "For the many tragedies committed in such a hate-filled structure, may the blood splatter upon these walls." By the way, the name of the origional owner was-- well, let's just say Gkublok knows his way around the map. Moving onward... the technique did not succeed. Officials are unsure of why these witnesses have kept so loyal and quiet for the sake of this killer. Comforting?... most would say no. Few have dove into the compitition with no fear and no doubts. Few have also walked out.
