Death Foretold (D4T): Crucible addon

General changes:

- Improved blood and increased amount. Also now blood remains on the floor and on the ceiling. Added blood options.
- Now player with berserk effect takes at 75% less damage and can't switch weapons, only fists. Duration - 40 seconds. After this time player starts to get full damage, but berserk effect continues to be active until then player with fists.
- Added smoke effect after shooting of some weapons.
- Added function which determines current IWAD and allows player find super shotgun instead shotgun in Doom and The Ultimate Doom. In settings you can choose automatic, only shotgun, only super shotgun or 50/50. By default this function with automatic parameter.
- In weapon options added parameters to disable each weapon from Multiplayer Doom 2016 in Single-Player. By default all weapons from Multiplayer Doom 2016 now disabled.
- In options added parameter to disable demon forms from Multiplayer Doom 2016 in Single-Player. By default demon forms from Multiplayer Doom 2016 now disabled.
- Improved shaking of some weapons in game.
- Added new pick up sound of weapons in game.
- Increased screen shake effect after shot of some weapons. Shotgun, Super shotgun, Heavy assault rifle, Chaingun, Rocket Launcher, Grenade Launcher.
- Added screen shake effect when player takes damage without armor.
- Absorb effect of zombie shield reduced at 50%.
- Lost soul now no have blood.
- Zombie shield now has several shades and show his resistance.
- Damage and fire rate of pistol reduced and close to Doom 2016 characteristics.
- Switch mode of pistol in MK V has been deleted. Now after finding upgrade, pistol transforms in MK V model forever. Player can continue to upgrade pistol MK V.
- Plasmagun damage in single player reduced about by 30%.
- Now zombie with shotgun fires with plasma and buckshot.
- Slightly increased size of some ammo at ground.
- Now footsteps sounds of player hears always in Single-Player, not only when use sprint. In Multiplayer still hears footsteps sounds only when player uses sprint.
- Added Doom Slayer sounds from Doom 2016.
- Equipment cooldown increased to 45 seconds in Single-Player.
- In console added command "d4tgiveall". Just open console and enter command "d4tgiveall". After this player will get all weapons with all mods and upgrades. Command automatically determines what weapons from Doom 2016 multiplayer disabled in D4T: Crucible options. If you want play with all weapons and mods, but without player nerf (dynamic progression in D4Tv2.1), you must open console and enter command "sv_cheats 1" and after enter command "d4tgiveall". If you want to return again player nerf with all weapons and mods, you should enter command "sv_cheats 0".
- Added new sounds for Icon of Sin.

In separate folder "Optional addons" you can find 11 alternate hero voices and 6 alternate footsteps sounds.

D4T: Crucible isn't addon, is separate mod. So you no need load original D4T mod.

- Fixed and increased shaking of chaingun in game.
- In console added command "d4tgiveall". Just open console and enter command "d4tgiveall". After this player will get all weapons with all mods and upgrades.
