This is my firs mod. Its a wapons mod that feels similar to vanilla Doom 2, but more responsive. Some weapons have higher fire rate, tighter bullet spread, and changed aestetics. Weapons switch faster too. This was a practise wad to learn coding and sprite editing. Since it turned out quite good, i decided to upload it. I will probably update it, since it's still fresh. Sprites and sounds are not my own, they are mostly borrowed from Realm667's repository, and some from other mods listed in credits text file. Eventualy, i will make wads with original assets, but for now i have a lot more to learn.

I just tested it today. Some of the pickup messages need improvement (when picking up the SSG, it says "GOTSSG"), the "rocket launcher" sprite needs to be changed and is the "rocket launcher" supposed to just fire those red rings instead?
I will update it, thanks for testing. Fire cannon is supposed to shoot fire rings. Overall feel?
The minigun needs more damage too, I've noticed that I needed more bullets to kill a demon/mancubus than the rifle.
I dont know why its like that but damage on both is 5 per bullet. Minigun is less accurate though so few shots are wasted probably. tested on demon both rifle and minigun killed it in 17 shots.
I corrected pickup messages, next i wil change rocket launher sprite. Thanks for your thoughts.
I fired both guns on point-blank range. Maybe increase the damage of the minigun to 6 or 7?
Probably i will endeed. Does feel balanced and feel good to shoot?
Despite my observations, most weapons feel balanced so far.

Great mod but only problem I have is the ssg the shooting sound is more quiet and weaker than all the other weapons, the loading sprite also has an in visible line on the bottom of the sprite
