A Capture the Flag map by Maxfx.

Truefort is a map that pits two identical castles against each other
in the middle of the desert. The objective is to capture the Intelligence
briefcase that lies on a rock between the two castles, and take it to
your teams throne room.

I made several workarounds for some issues I encountered. The Nature/Blendrockground002 texture appeared to have a checkerboard printed on it when the map was compiled and ready. Due to a missing normal map, that is what I fixed.
The second issue I had was that fire sprites or env_fire didn't appear to be working in TF2. So what I quickly did was extract all the images from a fire sprite, added some quick alpha channels to them. Fixed up a animated texture with a alpha and I drew them directly on a brush. Unfortunately the result of my hasty fix was that the alpha channels took some black parts with it. It doesn't look correctly ingame. However, it's acceptable for now.
