CTF-TFC-Cerebrus 2.0 addon

A last-minute entry to the Nalicity Floorplan Challenge. The layout is a C, with the ends of the C being the flag bases. Fun for smaller numbers of players with plenty of action. :]

As this was done at the last minute, there is certainly a fair bit of polish missing, and probably a couple other graphical issues as well. With that said, it should still be quite fun to play.
