Sure, I wouldn't mind taking a crack at rigging the CSO hands to TFC, though let me see when I can find the time to start working on it.

You forgot to change the classic shotgun animations to that of Opposing Force. Right now it uses the Half-Life ones.
There's also errors with some weapons, as shown here. Twhl.info
