It's the Razor UH-1 sight. I agree, its an interesting looking sight too!
Reminds me a little of the BO:CW holo sights with it's boxy shape. Like the one Seesaw included on his export of the XM4.

Awesome! Looks like it could use some tweaks on it's normal maps judging by how the rail system looks in the reflection.
Not complaining, just an observation.
Feel free to modify it to your liking, I does look like plastic to me too lol.
