This addon adds a voice to an actor who now reacts to events while traveling through the Zone. Voice accompaniment is provided by members of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R community, so is not limited by the budget or decompiled resources of any other project.
About
Community Voiced Actor with Reliable Triggers adds the voice lines to actor and allows them to be triggered more often. This is beta-release addon. It means, it will be updated as more voices appear. Currently voiced features:
Remarks on killed stalkers;
Remarks on killed mutants;
Remarks on gun jammings;
Remarks on throwing grenade. Hint: when in crouch, no remark, stealth throw;
Remarks on stashes found;
Remarks on area spots discovered;
Remarks on mutants discovered.

Compatibility
Vanilla 1.5.2 is fully compatible; vanilla 1.5.1 requires patch(included). If you have any major addons installed, then read installation guide(included) and/or invite any modder buddy who will help you with installing. Mod Organizer potentially can make your life easier, though, attention required. Make back up of your scripts and sounds/actor. Voice actors receive personal guidance during installation process.
Voice lines
As people will provide their voice lines, there will be more of them to choose from. Process of adding prefered voice lines described in the guideCVART and gamedata/readmeCVART.
In order to install the voice lines of choice proceed to addon gamedata folder. There you will see scripts folder and sounds_LANGUAGE_NOTE folder. Check every sounds_LANGUAGE_NOTE folder and move the voice lines you like to sounds. Currently there are these:
sounds_EN_casual (complete; fixed/updated)
sounds_DE_tourist_of_death (complete)
sounds_EN_tourist_of_death(WIP, only monster/stalker killed, area discovered and gun jammed; installing over any other)
sounds_RU_incomplete (installed over EN_casual or other; will be replaced when Russian voice actor found)
Searching for voice: Ukrainian, Russian, Espanol/Portuguese, Chinese and other. Also, there would be more than one or two versions of already existing language, so if someone wants to add their EN, DE, RU - you are welcome!

Updates
9th of August 2022. Update 1: Fixed issue of playing remark on first-time seen mutant each time during looting bodies. Now it will play only once in a session. Making it play once in a playthrough will require to tamper savefiles, which is not good in case if you decide to remove the addon. There was unsuccessful attempt to make sound script consider the articles unlocked but it turned out to be impossible to play the sound since article is always created before check of its existence.
18th of August 2022. Update 2: Retaken 33 silent voice lines for EN_casual; Added WIP EN_tourist_of_death voice lines; Added complete German DE_tourist_of_death voice lines; possibly tweaked some code (not sure about it, as it was done more than week ago) in soundtrack.script, so make sure to replace it just in case.

not sure that would be needed for a sound addon....
triggers are attached inside those files. game_statistics is for killing stalkers, treasure_manager is for stashes, pda is for discovering new spot and ui_mutant_loot is for discovering new mutant; reported bug with ui_mutant_loot, which triggers mutant discovery lines more than once, will make fix; investigating opportunity make addon less dependent on those scripts

Or it's just text underneath the screen ? I just want to know if this is compatible with other voice actor addons.
This addon is based on Voiced Actor framework originally made by AyyKyu and it does adds voice lines like any other addon based on the same framework, this one instead of using voice lines ripped from other games does use voice lines submitted by different members of the Stalker community. I haven't tested it yet so i don't know if it's compatible with any other voiced actor mods but it should be if you place it over any other voiced actor addon
Addon doesn't add closed captions, it adds voice lines for actor's actions. Text in logo image is added for demonstrational purposes. Thank you for pointing out the necessity of video demonstration! Definitely will add it soon.
Few years ago I made some VA for Gazprom's Gun Jam Swearing v2 and for my Taunt addon, you can use files from it if you like, I think Gazprom will not mind of using it
Currently companion command voices are not implemented yet. It's a good idea to add them, though. For now, you may use any other addon based off AyyKyu framework in case if you really need companion command voices
If you perceive that voice as childish, then there is no problem. I could easily distort it to the point you won't recognize it as childish. Although, it would sound strange a bit.
Can someone please tell me how can I use my own voice lines? I recorded my own voice and dropped them in the folder of this mod and I also renamed them correctly and it does not work. Can someone at least show me how I can get it to work?

Sure, there are several steps you need to cover when adding your voice lines. They will require specific free software and ~2 hours of dedicated time. Hi! Now everything is running its course, a bit slow, yeah.
So, regarding your voice... there are several nuances you should take into consideration: voice line should be mono (not stereo) 44100Hz ogg file. Then it should be injected with s.t.a.l.k.e.r. specific bytes (max dist max AI dist, base volume and type) using SDK sound editor or OGGCommenter (small separate exe). Also, since you record using phone or mic, your audio files will contain random clicks and background noise. it also should be removed in audio software, e.g. Audacity. Normally, all that is done on my end. Most voice actors just recorded their m4a/mp3 files, named them and sent me packed zip. So, write there if you want to continue and I will send you my Discord

as far as i know it adds voices.
It also has triggers so if you kill someone it says something like "target down"
