Combine Subtitles addon

Main:

Civil Protection & Combine Soldier dialogue spoken throughout non-combat and combat interactions with eachother now have limited subtitle support.

Subtitle support for the dispatch radio which plays when Civil Protection units are idle or killed is also included.

I have also provided an 'autoexec.cfg' which fixes (some) citizen dialogue not displaying. RTB:R is seemingly random with subtitles appearing and not appearing so it will not fix all dialogue.

Notes:

Unfortunately I am unable to add subtitles for the following enemies:

• Elite Metropolice
• Female Metropolice

I want to release a future update which adds subtitle support for these enemies but for the time-being I am unable to include these additions.

Install / uninstall instructions are provided in the 'Readme' inside the mod folder. The steps are easy to follow.
