An addon that makes combine address you as anticitizen rather than Freeman. Useful for mods where, you know, you don't play as Freeman (MINERVA, The Citizen, etc).
Install the .vpk file into the custom folder in any MMod-mod you want. Create the custom folder if it isn't present already.
Remember to tell me if I did anything stupid or forgot to replace one or more audio files. This is also the first time I've ever uploaded something to Moddb, so I apologize if I did something wrong.

You'll have to choose, sorry. I guess you could also unpack both addons and mix them into one, but that'll mean their voices change when saying any line with "anticitizen" in it.

Dang is there a version of this for mods without MMod? I don't see a need to use MMod with Research and Development so I'd like to be able to use it with just that, especially since you don't have an HEV suit in that so the crosshair health bar is all you get.
