Original Guns Reanimated addon for Call of Chernobyl 1.5 R6 only
Addon support is frozen, will be updated later.
Installation:
Copy the database folder into Call of Chernobyl 1.5 root. The addon is packed into DB files, do not copy it into gamedata.
RG6 is not included due to reload animation not working.
Fixed ogg-comments and adjusted them to follow vanilla.
Please report issues in the comments and post the log after you crash.

All vanilla, really just some model fixes, new animations and sounds.
So, thats the main difference from OWR, right? It doesnt touch the weapon balance in any way. Otherwise why would I not use OWR?
More detailed models and higher res textures can make an impact on low end systems. I can't think of anything else, maybe personal preference.
Will there be a patch for the DirectX 9 and below? The Inventory pictures get really messed up and i'm wondering if there will be something to fix it because I have a low end PC and these DirectX's help with FPS.
This addon doesn't change inventory textures.

I haven't yet tried this addon, but that screenshot of Abakan reload is so damn funny and unrealistic. You can't really push the bolt action with that kind of two finger grip.
What if he got like really strong fingers ? I mean it's the same dude who runs mile after mile with 25kg in his backpack.

I've always preferred SRAP2's animation set myself, but I guess it doesn't matter too much. It's pretty easy to port it over myself... Maybe I should just update my port to 1.5 and post it here.

I second this. OGR looks nice too, but I like SRAP 2 more.
yeah, imo srap is more nostalgic and perfect. But yeah, its not comparable to the "realistic" animations that ogr(e) haved, or the OWR or etc..
Having a problem where the iron sights zoom in to a ridiculous degree when using them, like having a x150 scope on every weapon, any ideas on what the problem might be?

It's a perfectly fine mod, only problems are the sprint animations (which make the game feel like a generic fps game) and an-94's reload animation which feels way to unrealistic and breaks immersion.

You probably have files in your gamedata overriding the addon's archive files. try renaming your current gamedata folder to gamedata_old or something.
My game crashed when trying to equip my detector. Crashed to desktop with no message.
it's an incompatibility with the lost to the zone addon
this is a great mod, but i think the sprinting animation for the pistols should be like the one in SoC, so it matches up with the player's shadow
