More destruction spread across the city and the spawning of enemies have been slowed to help with performance. Works great with Project Brutality 3.0.

-lots of smalls bugs were fixed with monsters getting stuck in places
-more to explore and see across the city overall
-works great with Project Brutality 3.0 - Seems to have issues with Brutal Doom though where some of the scripting is not working properly. Works great otherwise
