Description

City of Doom 2.0 is here! Latest Version includes the addition of a Bar, Dance Club, Strip Club and two Restaurants. Also added some more areas damaged by lava. UAC Blue Keycard Building has been expanded along with other decorations outside some of the other key card/mini boss buildings. Final Boss is tougher now. Lot's more to explore and more powerups are hidden across the city.

Nice job! I completed City of Doom 1.8 a while ago, now I'm playing 2.0. Did you remove the SS guards?

Yea i had to remove them. When you try to play with the Brutal Doom mods the SS were turning into the super marines which was insane. They would leave the boats and come terrorize you so I changed them to Chaingunners instead.

So I just ran this through a bunch of Source ports and the only 2 it will work on are LZDoom and GZDoom 4.0 on up( LZDoom is at 3.88 now). Does not work on Zandronum.

Just posting so people don't get mad at encountering bugs or failures.

yea I haven't used Zandronum. All the play testing was through GZDoom using ZDL.

I can look into it and see if I can release a version to work for Zandronum. Isn't Zandronum for multiplayer? This is my first map so I'm still figuring out how this all works.

Ya'll let me know if you ran into any weird bugs with Brutal Doom and Project Brutality and this map. I noticed a bug where the death of the final boss is suppose to trigger the reveal of the portal in the middle of the room. For whatever reason it's not triggering with Brutal Doom and Project Brutality. It's doing it at random. Let me know if ya'll ran into the same problem. It's having inconsistent script triggering issues with Brutal Doom and Project Brutality and I don't begin to understand. Is it GZDoom 4.7? It's not a consistent problem. It works fine in Brutal Doom 64. I'm confused on what the issue is. Also, 2.1 is on the way with more detail applied across the map. More destroyed streets and buildings.
