Bosnia in 1000, 1200 and 1350 addon

"Kingdom of Bosnia" by *dENd* for Knights of Honor ( V.1.0.0 )

This is a small modification to the game which adds the nation of Bosnia to all the 3 starting dates.

The nation of Bosnia has been changed as following:
- In the year 1000 Bosnia is presented as a Banate ruled by a Ban. The flag has also been changed to represent the original blue/yellow combination of the early flags
- In the year 1200 Bosnia is presented as a Kingdom ruled by a King. The flag has kept the colors but now has three liliums. The nation is a vassal of Hungary at the start
- In the year 1350 Bosnia is same as in 1200 but is no longer a vassal to Hungary
- All 3 starting years have a unique King, Queen and a Prince
- Added Bosnia in special refference so that rebels can create the nation in all 3 scenarios
- Capital of Bosnia renamed to Vrhbosna since Sarajevo did not exist during the games timeline

- To instal just unzip the BosniaMod.zip into your original Knights of Honor folder ( for example C:\Games\Knights of Honor )
- Make sure the maps folder is as follows ( C:\Games\Knights of Honor\maps ) and NOT ( C:\Games\Knights of Honor\BosniaMod\maps )
- Have fun!
