Hi, first go in the resource folder of your game, then create a folder entity , in this folder create a folder humanskin, place these skins inside
To get them: go in the editor, press F3, place a unit, and click on it.
on the right panel search for skin, and find the good one.
If your question is having them into missions, you must rename the skin folder exactly as the vanilla folder (ex: ger-medic), then go inside the folder, search the ".def" file, and rename it with the same name

You can also extract the map.pak in the resource folder and move the map.pak somewhere but in resource folder in order to make the map are editable :D
