Here are 2 bonus maps from the Pacific theater remade for Battlefield 2 which are remakes of the original Battlefield 1942 PC game. The maps are the classics that were never released with the official Battlefield 1943 console game. These include, Invasion of The Philippines and Midway.

I've finally made it back to Battlefield 2. sorry I didn't keep in touch; things became really manic with the kids exams, family issues as well as the legal wrangles, that are still going on and have cost me a small fortune; so I was unable to help out like I wanted to. Hope you can forgive me and maybe help out in the not too distant future. The legal case is almost but not quite done.
