This decal addon is a fork of the Excessive Blood Mod - intended to work with the 'Call of Chernobyl' version "1.4.22". The addon icon on 'modDB' is posted by the courtesy of Internet. Thank you.

Reminder: find "user.ltx" in your game appdata and edit for "r__wallmark_ttl" increase of value to "300" - this should make temporary decals to last longer.

The 'Blood Compilation' addon should be casually compatible with anything that leaves the "system.ltx" alone.
