Bird Vehicle Tags addon

Here's a flying vehicle I tagged from a model I found on www.turbosquid.com..
I forgot who made the model but I did not make it, just tagged it.
Only has 1 seat and custom flames for the wing hover thrusters and rear thrusters
when you go forward. Rapid rate of fire and fast secondary fire recovery.
It will hover stationary but there's no reverse. I'm not modding Halo anymore and
wanted to deliver this to anyone who can use it. Be sure to use the decimator.vehicle tag and not the
banshee_mp.vehicle tag in this file. Make sure your globals.globals are set for the vehicle to appear in game.
