biohazard stashes (update 1) addon

To remove just delete or comment the script, doesn't require new game both for install and uninstall. Some items aren't transfered properly (eg. half used medkits return full) because of bugged way to handle multi use items in vanilla scripts. May not work with items added by other mods that also use extra data not saved in packets to handle gameplay effects.
Yes it can be exploited (just bring along a backpack to always access all of your stuff anytime) but i don't care.
