Fixed all of the tips so they don't sound like an idiot wrote them, removed some awful tips and duplicates. Made for Anomaly 1.5 b3 update 4 hotfix 8

Is it not possible to have many tips cycle through at loading screen?
Also, they all don't have to be tips...some can be experiences/viewpoints etc...
Yeah, including some more varied non-game quotes is a good idea, add some fun, and could be quite applicable.

I think there were about 100 tips? Here I see only 76. Is it because of removing and duplicates? Probably that is why I always read the same tips over and over!!! and they certainly are not 100 of them.
Nice. A lot of these weren't changed much since Last Day or CoC. Given the amount of text that had to be sorted out earlier in Anomaly's days, some things like this did, unfortunately, get rushed.
Should you not object, I can examine this work of yours more deeply and discern what I can include in Anomaly's core.
Tarkovsky quotes, especially from his Stalker film, could readily be used to fill the strings you left open. Stalker campfire stories are another alternative.
