So...Tired of the same clone like dudes called "zombies" that, in the process of getting zombified also saw their weapons TURN zombie too? Here goes a little upgrade for them...

THIS IS UNTESTED MODIFICATION. It means, HELP ME by using it and giving me feedback. This is a pretty easy-no-big-deal modification of a simple file, so it should NOT be bugging your game, but I DON'T KNOW. Shit happen.

FOR:
Getting a better loadout for those walking/shooting dead. More variation in the weapons they use. Now zombies can spawn with any weapons all other factions use.

INSTALL:
_Download the .rar file
_Extract using any unzipping soft
_Open the folder and copy the "gamedata" folder to your main Anomaly folder. Overwrite or fusion if prompted to do so
(WARNING: Make a backup of your gamedata folder in case you would like to revert to before you used the mod; better still: use JSGME to install mods, as it makes life easier adding/removing any of them)

CONFLICT:
Should be alright with ANYTHING that doesn't modify the zombie loadout file (most other addons don't do it, so it should be ok). In doubt, read the notice or ask your doctor.

WHY USE IT?:
As always, I don't get money doing this so I find no need to convince you ;) It's just that I find it more fun and refreshing (and realistic) to have those drooling guys wield better weapons...AND DANGEROUS! Who thought giving a zombie a RPG was a bad idea? Mind the tight corridors! Lol

More seriously, yesterday I got a revelation through which God told me told to up these poor guys, so I felt like sharing my hard work reequipping them right on the spot.
I'm a hardcore gamer, so now that I got to survive 6 DAYS on the row without dying once (hum hum), I'm not going to start a new playthrough! I applied it but haven't seen any changes so far (not many zmbs around) that's why feedback is very much welcome ;)
Well, I didnt find too many zombified either, as i'm playing with lowest spawn factor. However, I found this zombified stalker with a Galil and AP ammo. Needless to say, he scared the **** out of me and almost kills me in 3 hits. The good part? 15% Galil, two mags, and 60 7,62x51 AP bullets.
Yeah, im still expecting those zombified beasts to spawn with some m249 or whatever and kill me in .2sec
That's why i can now fear zombies, i can't wait to see a zombie shooting me with rpg
Lool! Yeah guys, it works! Found a dude with a Val and with a LMR (or something) with scope, so...Nice! Definitely save game compat. And yeah, just like you, I keep *** tightened thinking about the possibility now to run into one with a RPG, lol.

I always thought that zombiefied stalker feel the calling of the north and maybe some of the Monolith troops change their loot when seems useful. But yeah, those early zombiefied after the emissions should get their loots intact.

What? Serious? No, don't think Monolith are going to wipe those poor guys'*** or even care about them. I think this is just devs decision not to give easy loot to player, as they are pretty dumb in the end those zombies. I did what I did first for some new fresh air, plus because I play hardcore and finding badass weapons after killing them doesn't kill my own playthrough/is alright with the way I play (minimum loot chances, maximum price when going buying things.) For some it might break immersion or fun,though, dunno...

I mean, unless you have hardcore ai aim on, you shouldnt be scared at all. They still miss almost every shot. Now, with the hardcore aim is another story. I can tell, doesnt matter they miss 29/30. That one bullet will **** u up anyways hehe
Oh yeah! Forgot about the Gauss! My fear was about the bazooka, but man, the gauss? I actually don't know if I included it...gonna check.

To be honest, I would have expected a mod which makes zombified stalker loudouts to be more powerful as you progress. Like having weak zombies in Cordon, while having zombies in Pripyat wield more powerful weapons.
Thanks for the mod! I'm trying it right now, and it works like a charm! Helps with the immersion, as you well-said in the description. They get zombified, their stuff turn to crap like magic? Hardly believable.
