Beer Economy V0.2 addon

This addon adds a new NPC to the Hangar in the Garbage known as 'Heineken', a so-called Beer Economy Trader.

Version 0.2 changes;
- Changed Beerguy's name to Heineken.
- Changed Heineken's skin from CS to Loner
- Heineken no longer has a trade option. You can only exchange goods with him through the 'I've brought some beers' dialogue (only shows if you actually HAVE beers.)
- Made it so that beers are no longer easily obtainable throughout the Zone, turning them into a rare and valuable commodity.
- Beers are no longer sold by any traders
- All Stalkers have a small chance to drop one or more beers - higher ranked stalkers are slightly more likely.
- Stashes and dynamic spawn locations have a chance to have beers - about the same rate as artefacts

Bugfixes;
- Fixed an issue where North American players are unable to interact with the economy if under the age of 21
- Fixed an issue on the NES version which spawned infinite copies of Beerguy when Konami code was entered
- Improved framerate for the PSP and Gamecube ports of the addon.

Plans for next version;
- Update Heineken's inventory with either gun parts or crafting recipes? Vote! Strawpoll.com
- Add another Beer Economy Trader; this time to Rookie Village.
- Ideas for a name? What should he stock?

INSTALLATION:
Take the gamedata folder and put it into your Anomaly install. Click 'yes' to overwriting anything.

I strongly suggest making a backup of your installation or using a mod manager in case something breaks.

Future plans/ideas (Feedback & ideas welcome and encouraged in the comments)
1) Change the inventory of trade goods - initial thought is crafting recipes, toolkits and/or upgrade/weapon parts? Could vary between the Beer Traders. Artefacts?
1.5) Maybe some kind of lottery system...
1.6.75) A Beer Economy Trader deep in the zone who trades for extremely high tier guns.
2) Add more beer economy traders to the map - essentially one for each major faction base/leader*
3) Create some kind of unique beer economy based storyline for each Beer Trader; similar to Technicians I could make it so that they require certain items handed over to them before they open up their inventories.
4) Garbage's Beerguy trades for gun parts? Or Crafting Recipes? Vote! (link here)
5) Add some other traders who aren't exactly part of the Beer Economy - folks who want different products such as tobacco or weed lmao.
6) 'High Tier' trader deeper into the map who sells high tier weapons.
