Adds a screen shake, sprint, complicated aim system and weapon special modes.
New weapons options (Check controls for weapon special bind)
Chainsaw -> Throw chainsaw (Use voxels)
Rifle -> 3x Scope
Shotgun -> Dragonbreath shot (Takes 8 loaded shells)
Minigun -> Shotgun shells fire
SSG -> Reactive Shells (Deals less damage, but flies faster and penetrate through)
Plasmarifle -> Power mode (Plasma flare. Charging takes less ammo)
Rocketlauncher -> Grenade launcher mode (Altfire charge up to 6 rockets/grenades)
BFG -> Beam mode (Altfire is rapid fire. Altfire with beam mode is autoshot when target in crosshair)
INSTALLATION:Load bd20b_dynamic.pk3 after brutalv20b. Also, set brutal janitor on, sector light to dark and use beamflashlight, voxels and brightmaps (included in archive) for best expirience. You can use ZDL or manualy configure order in gzdoom.ini
Let's try something more simple. Extract content and place one of doom iwads(doom.wad, Doom2.wad, etc) inside GZDoom folder. Run gzdoom exe.
Use included Gzdoom 2.3.2 to avoid bugs and incompatibility problems.
Not suitable with bloodbath wads. Seriously.

Blood & explosives on water lag greatly reduced.
Fixed Rocketlauncher's grenades explosion in water.
Blood damage player at close fixed.
Removed swiming Imp.
Melee hight checkers for demons & spectre.

Reworked dual wielding reloading mechanic for Plasmagun & Rifle. Now it works correctly with it's ammo counters.
If you feel discomfort while holding sprint button all the time, you can do next thing.
Create autoexec.cfg file inside Gzdoom folder and put there this strings:
alias sprinteron "+speed; rebind sprinteroff"
alias sprinteroff "-speed; rebind sprinteron"
bind x sprinteron
Now, sprint is toggleable. You can use any button instead x.

Looks pretty good, it seems while there is more abilities and modes. It also puts more emphasis on strategy as opposed to all out guns blazing. (Perhaps a nice balance of both.)
I think the concentration mechanic of aiming is pretty cool. That makes the first shot a bullseye no matter what, right? And if you keep shooting rapidly, you accuracy decreases?
You right, if you make pauses between shots, in that case bullets lands more accurate when if you just hold the button. But you also need move to avoid enemy projectiles, moving reduces your accuracy, so you need choose your position. Walking speed is designed in such a way that you can dodge just a in millimeters from the projectiles, running is more secure but consumes stamina and while running you have worst accuracy. Weapons and its mods are suitable for every situation and distance. With the shotgun, for example, you better stay close to your targets to deal the best damage. But if monster is too big, shotgun isn't a best choise.

tho i would put the Dragonfire shells on the SSG
SSG is balanced as a support weapon. It can rip cacodemon at close. Reactive shells is well suited for the headshooting big monsters. Instead of regular shells, which deal big damage at close, they can pass through monsters, so you can shoot down a group of imps, but this deals less damage.

You should just make sprint togglable but turned off at first.
It seems that I again should to explain the obvious things, for those who are can't to read the description. You already can do sprint toggleable. Limited sprint - the basis of the new gameplay. This is what makes the gameplay dynamic. Choose the time to attack or escape. Use covers to restore stamina. If you can't handle with this - choose any other mod, there are hundreds of them here.
The addon is hard, and you learn by dying. You have to pay attention to every fight, or you can die to the smallest creature. The combat is challenging, but fair and requires that you LEARN from your mistakes, instead of running in and hoping for the best. This is just the perfect amount of hard to frustrate me, make me stop and think of how to beat this new area. And it's awesome!
Nice to see this, thanks. Try to use standard balanced wads, this mod is not designed for massive bloodbath. Howewer, i'm not facing any problem in my wad collection.
