A custom main menu theme set in the Agroprom Underground starting tunnel.
A custom main menu theme I made set in the starting tunnel in Agroprom Underground, complete with underground ambience for the music. The buttons were moved to the center-right of the screen, and the logo has been removed.
1) Drop "gamedata" into your CoTZ folder.
[Optional] 2) If you have "AO3 Creation Store" installed, install the patch in "__patches".
- Occasionally, you'll see some artifacting in the video, especially when pausing while in-game. It goes away after a few seconds so I don't think it's that much of a problem.
- The music track will sometimes go out of sync. Fortunately, it's not that noticeable.

- Removed audio from the .ogm file and reduced resolution from 1920x1080 to 1366x768, reducing file size.

EDIT: some people may find that Exit to Windows option very tempting after getting thrown into this menu :D it's too good! You'll scare people!

You could do one in Strelok's hideout as well, that is pretty much a static scene with looped sound effects too. Maybe for people who prefer a more homely main menu scene.
EDIT: the artifacting in the video when the game is paused can't really be avoided. CPU usage spikes for a brief moment when the game is paused, causing priorities to shift and the video decoding to render artifacts. It may also cause that slight desync in the audio. X-Ray!
