This mod is designed for IRON MAN, but feel free to play casually as well.
The purpose of this addon pack is to make the game as close to an old school FPS experience as possible with extreme risk and reward fights throughout. If you want a mod that you will probably not beat, then look no further. I've beaten the first 3 story modes / hollow boundaries and a few warfare iron man runs under easier conditions but under similar settings. I have yet to beat anything on the current settings located within this current build. I've also been doing warfare runs for months and not managing to cap the entire map yet before dying under iron man as well. If you have any questions then you are welcome to come to my stream and ask. I usually play under these settings whenever I stream. If I missed something please let me know as well.

Most game breaking crashes have been fixed, credit to Searge for this! Make sure you save often as crashes CAN STILL happen! Cordon seems to be a crash heavy area so be aware of this!

POPULATION SETTINGS FOR STORY AND WARFARE:
Story: Mutant population = 1 / Stalker population = 2.25 (If your computer can handle it)
Warfare: Mutant population = 0.25 / Stalker population = 0.5 (Amazing balance with lots of stalkers still)(This was my original setting, but now I noticed you can edit squad amounts in the warfare options. If you do edit them, be very careful about raising stalker population above 0.25 because it becomes exponential extremely fast!)
It's cool and all... But why?
I stream Stalker all the time and played competitive for years. I have to have something extremely difficult to play. But like I said you can STILL play this casually with an increased difficulty.
How does this remotely increase difficulty?

Wow what a reply to a legitimate question! It seems that you just upped NPC damage and population. You bizarrely want to make the game like CS but you didn't change the movement, aiming or shooting to accomplish that goal.
You were clearly being rude and sarcastic. But I digress. If you don't want to play then don't play it. It's pretty simple. The description was fixed to show the added weapon damage. It's just nice to have all of these things in one package. That is all.

A video would not show you anything else anyone hasn't. This isn't a visual mod, it's a behind the scenes one. You have to play it under the settings I listed to understand what I've done and combined here. Trust me though you will die non stop. And I listed my twitch in the description. You don'd say what this addon actually does. In what is more difficult? It just only sets defaults as minimum body protection and other stuff in the menu?
Ok so I forgot to add the Extreme weapon damage that is located in the download optionally. This enhances not only your damage but all NPCs as well. You can get shredded very fast. Illinaru's warfare balance affects everything even though he says it doesn't. So the AI is much more random than before and constantly holding spots on you like a real player. Like I said it is VERY difficult but it also allows you to play it like counter-strike 1.6 without the annoying hindrances of an invictus run. This is smooth constant combat on a very high level.
Great mod! I never used to play vanilla warfare because it was impossible to hold a capture point without hiring a full squad to just stay there... get 3 of those and you're out of money lol. With this, i can now capture with ease and able to defend the post from the getgo. It makes warfare a bit more immersive, it really does feel like all out war instead of people just walking around randomly. This is definitely a challenge, especially with the increased weapon damage option (included in the download). I will definitely be playing this for the next few days. Good post man! :D
hello it seems so suitable with my gameplay style but can we get back the disguise system and non hardcore aim mod because my aim sucks at any game so yeah thanks for the mod man best thing is no dynamic anomalies which is the best thing i have ever had in this game.
Simply turn those off / on in your options and you're good to go. If you need help finding them then let me know. Whatever you change in there should stay. I didn't affect those at all for settings that stay the same each new game.

Still have them they are just STEADY now. No sway at all for moving or strafing while ADSing.
