You do know that you increase your carry weight in this game as you progress, right? This mod kinda breaks it :)
Also you can find a bunch of carry weight buffs in the form of artifacts + upgrade your armor.
35-45 max, and then take up the belt slots sorely needed for ammo and other artefacts, and spend on each suit to null out the suits weight is kinda underwhelming compared to the way most play stalker, and are used to playing it, therefore the 50gk is welcomed, but i see people making 100kg, 999kg and so on, thats a bit too far imo
does this bug the leveling system or does it stack?
You mean like when you get an upgrade?
When I got the weight upgrade on my bandit suit, it became 57 kg, and was working.
This mod doesn't seem to work. RIP
I just tested this addon, and it still works.
Just make sure that the folder directories are correct.
To summerize for future users:
This mod increases your max carry weight before you can move to 60kg, something akin to like 120 pounds I think? Pretty reasonable for a strong fella.
Suit upgrades will boost it further, and upgrading the Endurance skill simply raises your comfortable limit by 1kg. The comfortable limit being the low number, in this mod's case 50kg. Anything over 50kg carried makes your stamina drain MUCH faster, while anything over 60kg will be too heavy to carry at all, forcing you to drop something.
A higher endurance will simply allow you to carry up to the full 60kg without the stamina penalty. So it's by no means redundant, but you will see a lot less benefit from it than without the mod. Still useful if you're a pack rat, but certainly no longer as critical as it was before.
