Makes any and all damage kill NPC characters instantly, minus some important NPCs (i.e. traders). Does not affect mutants.

this one doesn't seem to be working it CTDs while loading a new game on a fresh install (steam) other ones are fine though
That's odd. I'll give it a try on my end. I'm using the Steam version, too. I'll update it if it gives me a CTD.
Are you using any other mods or just this one?
An update regarding the CTD you had encountered, I've found an issue on my end. It CTD's for me, too:
FATAL ERROR

[error]Line : 342
[error]Description : <no expression>
[error]Arguments : Can't open section 'stalker_sakharov'
I'm going to fix this and update this mod. I will leave a comment here once that's done. Thanks for letting me know. :)

I've fixed and updated the file. The mod will now run without any CTD's. My apologies for anyone who has experienced any crashes with this mod. If you find anything else, feel free to let me know.
