Feature List (OUTDATED)
Decided to share an indev feature list of the new version that I will update as the development continues. Can't promise any release date, a lot has been done, but there is still a bunch of work left and I have some more neat things planned. These are not all of the included features, just the main ones/those that came to mind.
Gameplay
- Based on OGSE 0.6.9.2 (not the new version) - includes a bunch of new/edited quests, new questline after finishing the main story and a lot of gameplay features (some have been disabled since they didn't fit the overall vision of the mod), some of which will be listed ahead
- Running on the newest OGSR 64 bit engine - graphical improvements, new DX11 render and a lot of other features
- Greatly improved stability and fixed save corruption issues
- Harder economy, ammo and supplies are scarce
- Added thirst
- Weapons with realistic ballistics
- Full STCoP Weapon Pack 3.4 arsenal with PiP scopes
- T.H.A.P. hand models
- Animations for using items, harvesting mutant parts, flashlight toggle, NV toggle and gasmask swipe
- Food gets irradiated
- Outfits with varied count of belt slots
- New suits and helmets/masks with a separate slot
- New items
- Separate slots for all equipment (knife, binoc, detector...)
- Full AF3/AA2 blowouts
- Revamped artifact hunting - fully working artifact detectors (required for finding artifacts), containers for radioactive artifacts
- Dynamic news
- NPC Companions
- Drivable cars with working trunks
- Flashlight battery drains and needs to be replaced
- Much more lively a-life
- Cut mutants, new mutant variations
- Dynamic artifact spawning
- Newest AI by Rulix (full list of features here)
- Ukrainian voices with optional english subtitles and CC
- Repair kits, traders can also repair equipment
- Sleeping on designated spots like in CoP + sleeping bags, the actor will get double vision and eventually fall asleep when very tired
- Realistic sprint speed and prone
- Optional developer tools/cheat mode - all item spawn menu, NPC spawn menu, time speedup
- Droppable backpack stashes
- Restored bloodsucker succ attack
- Arena expension mod
- Dynamic anomalies
- Around 40 new quests
Visuals and sounds
- Nearly all textures and sounds replaced with HQ ones
- AtmosFear and Absolute Nature from AA2
- Shadered Gasmask HUD that gets taken off when eating/drinking
- New muzzle flashes, explosion particles
- HUD effects for low health, stamina etc.
- New custom HUD
- NPC models ported for SoC from the Call of Chernobyl HD Models Addon
- Jump sounds
- Hearable NPC footsteps
- Cinematic VFX
- Custom ReShade preset

Will be this mod have addon, that make NPC's talking with russian language?
I am sure someone from the russian community will again make a repack with full russian localization.

You can edit the economy via the trader.ltx files and some item files, like medkits, ammo, and artifacts, have their own entries you can change.

DAMN you crazy Basterd, you're at it again!! Im ******* hyped!!! I mean the visuals of Autumns Aurora, working detectors and zoomable optics??? Thats so much of my dream list!! P
TWO questions:
1) Will it have bulletdrop as well? If so, will the raangefinder in the optics be a way to calculate it?
2) Will artifacts spawn after a blowout, or do they have a fixed spot on the map? (I remember some issues you had with radiophobia 2 concerning that)

The visuals will be more different from AA2 this time with a custom selection/edit of textures. Bullet drop has always been in Stalker. Artifacts will spawn near anomalies after blowouts.

Hi, is there any date you've set for the release? Radiophobia2 was awesome (buggy at times) but still an awesome experience.

I played S.T.A.L.K.E.R. SoC Vanilla for the first time years ago but never completed due to constant crashes far into the game, maybe due to my old potato pc or engine problems. I always wanted to revisit the franchise with better hardware and some mods, but never did due to a large gaming backlog keeping me occupied. Then seeing the announcement for STALKER 2 I was immediately pulled back in.
@seaz5150 I've seen footage of Radiophobia 2 on youtube and had decided this was the mod I had been searching for! Happy to see there is a V3 in dev. I am waiting to experience SoC again until this new version is out. Playing other things until then, but refreshing this page daily until it's out! Any progress, please let us know. Thanks for your work!
Is there any release date?
Is there anyway to disable the HD models part of this standalone mod?? I have a lower end pc for gaming and it seems to not like HD models for any game lol
Hello, I came from a relatively modded Anomaly to find this mod of very good quality! The truth is that at the moment I am enjoying it a lot, although I would like to see some addon that allows us to lower the godlike ability of the AI to shoot laser beams from its weapons, instead of bullets! if you understand what I want to insinuate hehe
One more thing: How can you decrease headbobbing??? Makes me feel a bit nauseous :(
