Having spent a few days to fix and make several tweaks to the
code, I managed to build a workable solution, which can be downloaded
at this link, on GitHub.
Once downloaded, you should follow instructions provided on
the default Valve developer community on how to setup solution
for Source SDK 2013 multiplayer.
The solution has been compiled using Microsoft visual c++ express 2012.
You should of course be able to use it with the 2010 version.
If you do have several questions /requests or ideas to improve this possible
release, please let me know.
