Here is a simple Tutorial which explains that how to open and edit PBO files used in Arma series.
All you gotta do is to follow these simple steps.
1. Download eliteness Tool Here:http://www.megafileupload.com/en/file/530100/tool-eliteness-223-232-mikero-rar.html
2.Extract the mikero tool rar.
3.Run eliteness tool if not running then Run as admin.
4.in order to extract a PBO file just browse from eliteness and dobule click on the PBO file it will extract the PBO in the same folder.
