download ZDL Zdl.vectec.net and then put it in the same folder as gzdoom. run ZDL, click settings, and then set your source port and IWADS.(it's very straight forward and you should be able to figure that out yourself). After you've set all those, go back to Main, click on the IWAD you're going to use, and then click on Add under External Files and then add all the wads you're loading on top of doom(brutal doom, a hud mod, ETC). Once they're all in there, set the load order of each one by clicking on any listing in external files and then using the two arrows next to Add and Rem(remove).
Once you've set everything up, click the arrow that i've circled in this picture.

For this last part you can use a variety of different services such as Hamachi or EVOLVE, but we'll be using LAN bridger for this tutorial.
download Lanbridger.com and then install the appropriate version. If you're hosting a network, then click "Host a network", click New, set the name of your server and the password, and then hit okay. Next, click the first icon from the right of where the name of your server is displayed(it should look like a radio/cellphone tower). Give the link it gives you to everyone you want to be able to join your server. All you have to do now is go back to ZDL and click launch.If you're joining the server, then just copy the IP it lists for the host and then paste into the spot I've circled in ZDL. Prntscr.com then hit launch and you're done!
i'd like to know does it lag much while playing, for example, if players are in 1 city or they play with lan. i think it's very important

If Lanbridger doesn't work for you(and it didn't work for me) Then try Hamachi or Evolve.
Evolve is a little bit more reccomanded,because it simulates LAN better than Hamachi.
Yeah, this will definitely work, but the biggest problem is the lack of lobbies so you can just jump in a game any time. I wish it were easier to find someone to play with any time.

Why not use Zandronum if you want to play Brutal Doom online?
Because you cannot play newer versions of brutal doom atleast the way you would like with zandronum.
Because Zandronum lacks many of features and settings the GZDoom has. And the mouse aiming feels very strange there.
not all zdoom features are supported in it but will soon
Can I get some help? my friend and I have tried everything to get a game going with just us. the Launcher for Brutal Doom will say either NO_DATA or will just say 'Contacting Host' We are using Hamachi, and not in the same house.

Did someone manage to set up a co-op match? I'm trying to create a co-op match of Brutal Doom/Project Brutality using ZDL with source Zandronum 3.0 but I can't set up properly. I follow this guide with no luck (specially because Lanbridger is dead).
And I don't understand how setup ZDL with Hamachi or Evolve. And there isn't any guide on google or youtube. If someone have a guide somewhere please send me a link. I lost all the last weekend trying to do that :(. Thanks a millon!!
