To be honest I liked the house part more than the prison/dungeons/templar
Nevertheless, I still enjoyed it. The only thing I didn't like were the hallucinations but since they were within context... and since you didn't use that iron maiden scream... I guess I can let this one pass
Waiting for the next chapter!
WOW this is like the best custom story ever. I honestly think it is even more better than White Night! The story was amazing and also were the maps. I kind of get the ending and I don't. I don't get the point of the dream and why he doesn't recognize his own room. But still, I wish I can rate it 10000000/100!
From a mappers perspective, this mod has such an incredible level of detail and tons of scripted events, which the author even managed to accomplish without any additional coding or use of the 'Spirit'-mod.
Fresh and new design blends well into the classic HL style, with additional - quite cheesy - custom dialogue!
The only thing that bugged me was the elevator, connecting the surface, service and the AM-spectrometer-lab, moving provokingly slow and trapping the player with the classic HL-bug on arrival.
Anyway, the author deserves a medal for this one-man-project, especially for the outro!
This mod is awesome i used SMRTR mod before and it was ok it really felt there was out of place stuff there but this mod oh man the immersion plus the presentation of it with all the artwork and such this mod is one unlike anything i have played before, this is one of the best mods for stalker if not one of the best mods i have played, i would only second this to the fun of dayz but these are 2 very different mods this rocks keep it up so epic.
1) some locations are made by "copy-paste" method
2) mod is little bit too long (yes, this is minus for me). It could be ~30% shorter.
1) Unique athmosphere
2) It looks like more HL2 mod, rather HL1-mod ;)
3) I'm proud of our russian mappers, keep it up
I'm giving this mod 10/10, despite of minuses.
The most amusing race game for a long time! Simple and uncomplicated yet complex enough to keep the interest up, at least during the campaign. The only thing missing is true differences in the cars behaviour. The next more expensive car is alway better in all stats (if one disregards upgrade effects). Would have been nice to force the player to make choices and adjust choice of car to the different tracks (lots of variability there, with different layouts on the same map, evil if you have adjusted to a different layout), e.g. choose a fast car for some, a nimble one for others.
