Amazing effects and wonderful models. It's a big step up compared to the reskinned Landwehr of previous versions. However this is still a beta and the elements of a missing campaign and artilery/tank models don't fully allow me to give this a 10/10. My review is subject to change when the full version is released, but for now this will keep me occupied for a couple weeks while waiting for TGW 5.0
this is a nice little puzzler. =)
it's not anything that will "blow you away", obviously, but, if you're bored and have some time to kill between, go ahead and give it a try.
oh, and, oddly enough, the visuals and music aren't "overly assaulting" in the slightest. they work very well together to form an immersive environment that helps one concentrate.
I have no idea why you think this is worth 8 bucks, this is a simple made game that takes no time to complete. you haven't put much work at this at all unless you are a newb that just learned to code, this is worth only about 1-1.5 bucks.
I spent almost a year with attempts to create or choose fitting existing engine. After dozens of engines I had been trying, I found Shiva3d. Its set of features and supported target platforms is amazing and I've not found better price/value ratio tool. Even if I usually prefer freeware/OS stuff.
(note: in my engine choosing process I ignored all engines which utilize only low-level languages, due to my python roots)
A concept is good, finding teddy bears may be difficult to see but I've managed to find all, though, loading after saving a game lost the bears. The bears that I found are gone if loaded the game.
