Normally use skype but jump on vent for big meetings with some teams.

Best quality ever.
Zero latency(Checked with "pew pew" method in FPSs).

Beats any other software any day.
Except the big meetings. Vent then.

IM ( Jabber ) since it's the only thing you can expect everybody to have. Me for example Skype, TS or Ventrillo simple doesn't work and so it is with many others. e-Mail is slow so only IM left.

My team uses Live mes. and for a few guys, Steam for most chating, the guy that uses Steam is able to transfer files in other ways, but the file transfer feature makes it really attractive for a small mod like ours...
