Won't the Apple Juice short circuit the robot? Just saying because the stereotypical robot cannot touch liquid.

Except this isn't a stereotypical robot we're talking about.

It's an android.

I know that a robot can kill an apple, hell it can kill an entire forest of apple trees, I was just bringing into question of the juices afterwards.

I own an iPhone (or Iphone, whatever the **** it is), and I hate it (with the exception of the case which has protected it from so much harm, but the case isn't made by Apple)

I'd rather my apples come in fruit form, though if Apple made apples, then you'd have to enter your password for every bite, and you could only get it from one store that's in a particularly bad location that only accepts its own currency

Because Android has a slight advantage, given that it's 200 phones against one.

It's Apple's fault their OS is locked to a single configuration.

Reply Good karma Bad karma+12 votes

That's probably the most foolish thing I've ever seen someone say. It's a good thing Apple locked their OS to one single phone so they can actually quality control it. As a developer and critique of usability do you have any idea how many problems allowing your OS to fragment over so many phones there are?

Well, if you didn't it's a lot. Companies who use Android should NOT be allowed to modify android by implementing their own UI or modifying the operating system. I'm sorry but those companies are NOT UI experts and just produce garbage. A smart phone developer keeps their system either locked to one device, or restricts their OS to regulations. The only phones that do that are WP7 and iOS.

Open systems and software are not always the best choice, in fact some times it causes more problems than it's worth.

so? why not just let the companies produce what they want to? if the consumer, wants to purchase garbage for their phone, then let the consumer purchase garbage for their phone. It's their phone, as well as their money. I personally think it's crap that apple is so uptight about there OS. What makes it THAT much more special than everyone else?

Reply Good karma Bad karma+8 votes

The main selling point of a phone is the usability of the OS and the applications for it. If Apple made iOS public they'd lose the ability to sell their expensive hardware.

Apple survive by selling crap level hardware with good software.

My ******* god, you Google fanatics.
I'm sorry to tell you, but everything Android can do, iOS can do better.
Fact.
Oh, and Android isn't even OPEN SOURCE, it's just more liberal.
And this Android-is-real fight is sooo pathetic. I honestly pity you. "Android is water proof". "Android isn't a robot, it's an android" MY GOD how stupid are you? I'm not sure if you're trolling or just very stupid.

lol look at almost any android phone and then an iphone, most androids have a bigger screen, they're on all the major service providers, they actually have tech support (apple has a bot for the phones, every 2 seconds you hear "im sorry, can you repeat that?" XD), and android isnt an overpriced brick. if you wanna argue about this, at least post some facts.

My Razr fell out of a car going at 35 miles an hour and bounced along side for about a hundred feet. Stopped, picked it up, dusted it off, worked fine. Dropped it in a sink. Picked it up, took the battery out, blow-dried it, put it back in, worked fine. It's fallen down stairs, been crushed, and (somehow) sat in the freezer for a week. It still works. My parents however... They got their first smartphones. Dad: Fell off the table. Screen lost functionality in the lower half. Mom: Another sink hazard. Lost all functionality.

I know smartphones are amazing, and I love what can be done with some of them, but they just aren't durable enough yet. I'm happy with my Razr for the meantime. It's dirty and scratched up to hell, but it works fine. I do need to get a new battery for it though...

I used to think that exact same way. Then I got the Moto Droid and realized just how damn useful it can be. GPS, internet practically anywhere, music, video, camera. It's hard for me to live without it. It's sad, but I don't even care. I love my smartphone.
