Yet another weekly update for you guys. Hopefully you will enjoy this one, even with the slight lack of content for this week. Either way, it's gonna be juicy. First up, we have the change-log notes. We think it may be a good thing to share with the watchers to actually prove what's being done code-wise, etc.

v.06 Changelog:
-Added a startup video
-Game icon
-Changed some text
-Added a HD version of the main menu
-Added head-bobbing.
v.05 Changelog:
-Ported to the (OrangeBox COOP base)
-Modified Speeds(running and walking)
-Modified Characters (10 health,no guns,flashlight)
-Implemented Proximity talking and other voice enhancements
-Re-imagined the Slenderman AI(Not implemented yet, still WIP)
The maps must have the prefix ss_hl2_(mapname).bsp!!
If you fail to do this you will have a broken map!
This was a failsafe implemented by the OBCOB engine.
-Upped Slendy's allowance to 10 slendy bucks.
v.01 Changelog:
-Added env_slenderman
-Added trigger_slenderhotspot
-Added env_slenderspawn
-Fixed MP Bugs
-Dry-Cleaned Slendy's suit.

Plus, we have some work that our texture artist 'Fulcum' would like to show you. Please enjoy these pieces of work as well.

So, we like what he's been doing. We also have another prop being made for the hospital which is being made by Treizee.

Not only do we have that prop, and some texture art show-cases, we also have some information that you guys may find interesting. We've recently done an interview with Phil Hornshaw from GameFront and as soon as that is up on the internet you can expect us to give you guys the link so you all can read for yourselves. But, if you can't wait until then, listen to this Q&A session done with myself, and Tom our Lead Programmer.

Also, Tucker our Level Designer has been hard at work developing the hospital and taking some of the constructive criticism to work more on the map, and make it look better. A bunch of custom textures are in there which have been made by Fulcrum, rizzchit & Farenhiet (Tucker) for the map. Enjoy.

Also, you may have heard about our incident with the scammer. His identity has been found and we hope this will provide some sort of relief for people who were worried. His internet alias is Shadeslaughter and if you see him, please ignore him. If we do ask for donations, etc we will let everyone know. The same goes for the person trying to leak 'Slender: Source'. That wasn't Slender: Source, and it was a virus. Please, read our updates carefully. We'll let you all know when Slender: Source comes out, and when we're running donations.

We also have two more videos that you can try and decipher. They have a little information on what we're doing with the plot/story in Slender: Source.

So, that's pretty much it for this week's update. I hope you all enjoy what we're trying to do with the mod, and we hope you enjoyed this week's update.

I almost forgot, Tucker would like to show you guys some of his personal vlogs about what he does during development of Slender: Source. Here we go, enjoy.

I think that with every game release or "coalition" formed, the Slender Man loses more and more of his original luster. I am reminded of a phrase that could be twisted around to suit this moment.

"Who follows the Slender Man?"

That road looks too narrow.

I couldn't for the life of me decipher those videos.

Nonetheless, progress is progress:3

The map won't be in the mod, it's a showing of the content Fulcrums created. Also :<

Bravo! The forest map looks truly amazing. I still don't like the hospital though, many details but there's something missing...

How about some decent headbobbing and a minimal HUD to increase the immersion and atmosphere? If the player has only 10 hp and slendy instakills everyone, a full HUD doesn´t seem to be nescessary at all. Maybe a small indicator for battery health and the collected dolls would be enough.

Make an option to turn it off, games with headbobbing like in paranormal make me and a lot of other people dizzy.

I'm a pretty tough critic on head bobbing, just like a lot of us are, but ours is minimal and the need to turn it off is unnecessary for the time being, however we may implement an option if it's needed, we shall show a demonstration of the head bobbing soon to get some feedback, but we feel it's so minimal that it doesn't make anybody dizzy, we like it, and we are sure you will too.
