I have been working over the last 2 weeks to get the core mod working, this is now done with only added features to go in as well as some player models/weapon tweaks. The core mod consist on:
- Player models for 6 Class (i added a new unlockable Class)
- Weapons models, sounds, textures, specifications
- HUD + Menu modding/customization
- Basic Mod functionalities which at present include:
- Spawn Protection
- Obituaries on screens
- Perk/grenades/inventory item loadout customisable per side/class
- Class limitation per side (like in COD4 Mod Warfare)
- Class move speed/gravity
- Weapons lock feature (still working on a bug with Menu not locking properly on this)
- Usual HUD stuff: Crosshair/Rank/Names/Feedback on/off
- Claymore for US side
- Hardpoints completed per side with kill streak customisable
- Alt-fire on specific weapons
- Fixed gibs for new player models (exclude extra new class at present)
The original plan was to release the mod to the public (probably as beta) with at least 10 maps but should it take longer than expected I would consider releasing it with fewer maps and mod some of the stock maps to suit (texture alterations). More on that soon.
