I got some rather depressing news. Nothing happened to the files but my graphics card........yep its running like a ford. So yes i have to push it to make it work!
I am getting the speckles and the flashes of death when i play games. And some time i even get the blue screen of despair. So now i got to get a graphics card.
The one i'm looking at is the nvidia gt 610 with 2gb of memory. It cost $50USD which is in my budget so i may get it soon.
Its not a great card, but you can get 35 fps out of arma 2 on its highest settings, which is impressive!
But anyways no updates major updates till i get the card because its kinda impossible to mod with a black screen in your face.
P.S. if you want updates now give me $50 bucks.
P.S.S. Yes the warranty on my current just ran out.....gotta love big business!

Yeah, ArmA 2 on 35 FPS?

None of my computers can get half of that!

Gotta love Big business... Have fun.

3570K + GTX660 = Arma 2 40 FPS and Arma 3 60 FPS ;)

My brothers low range Dell Inspiron can run ArmA 3 on 20-30 FPS on lowest possible settings.

ArmA 2 can run on the same laptop on 17-20 FPS...

I need to get a good gaming computer/laptop.

If you can invest another 25$ dollars, I recommend getting the Nvidia Geforce GT 630 1gb GDDR5 from EVGA:

Amazon.com

Or well if you need more memory, get the 2gb version, but it is GDDR3 memory, so the performance will be less than the GDDR5 version but if the game requires more than 1gb of video memory, then the 1gb version will lag but the 2gb version will still not lag, but if the games you are playing require less than 1gb of video memory, than get the GDDR5 version:

Here is the GDDR3 2gb version from Asus:
Amazon.com

Or here is the GDDR3 4gb version from MSI:

Also it depends,I am pretty sure you are trying to buy a low-end card until you save enough for a mid to high end video card, but the GT 610 is just too underpowered for modern gaming even though it still brings DirectX 11, Cuda & PhysX from Nvidia, while the GT 630 on the other hand promises to bring "entry level gaming", and it does while still providing those technologies. I recommend you get any model of the GT 630 so you will be able to save more money for a better high-end card since you won't get as frustrated with the GT 630 not being able to play games at "medium to high" settings & resolution while maintaining "25-40fps"

Also reason why I recommend is because I got an MSI manufactured Nvidia Geforce GT 630 2gb GDDR3 myself. I made lots of videos showing the power of the GT 630 on my youtube channel.

Hey, if you haven't decided yet, I'm pretty sure you can get a better deal on a Radeon HD6670 for about the same price. Search Newegg and you should be able to find a deal for under $60. Performance-wise it is even better than the 630. Good luck!

Actually The GT 630 actually outperforms the HD 6670 but just a bit, and also the GT 630 brings PhysX.
