Monsters, weapons, potions, spells, quests, pets, bosses, a giant castle... and a funny story! Unepic is a combination of platforming and role playing games. There are many hilarious references throughout the game. The game takes place in Harnakon, a huge medieval castle. It is set in the hardcore NES Style, yet refined with the latest features. This makes Unepic a very unique game. Daniel, the hero, is a normal guy from recent times: a great videogame player, big sci-fi movie fan, novice player of role playing games, pot-head and overall, horny due to a mysterious lack of success with girls. During a D&D session he is teleported to a fantasy castle where his modern way of thinking will go against monsters and other characters from there.

Enjoy Unepic and many other great games on Desura.

Congrats with Desura, Fran! ;) Now the only thing left it's a lazy steam...well you know.
For anyone wandering about "Is this game worth it?" - yes it is. Metroidvania is rare, but awesome "2d-rpg like" genre, and UnEpic is the obvious evidence of it. Wanna be a paladin?Or a mighty arcane mage?Or maybe both? No problem, all is possible here. A lot of [black] humor included too.
I'm a big fan of metroidvania games, and this game hit me deeply in my heart.
[Sorry for bad english :(]

This looks awesome! This is definitely the next one in my list right after Xenonauts.
A little observation is that "brasileiro" isn´t a language. The language for Brazil and Portugal is the same: portuguese or "português".

I'll have to pass, or wait for a 50% off sale or something... with all the current deals on Steam, you can get way better game value for the buck. On top of that, its not on Steam, and having to launch desura is a pain in the *** honestly, cause I already have Origin for SWTOR and Steam for the rest...
