Sometimes I am thinking that maybe I`m doing something wrong or maybe my club advertising in this site is too much or other things. You can simply give there truth answers.
If you have something advices or offers or even critics - post it there. Maybe you think that my writing program is too bad and its trying to be like massive PR. Maybe you think that my writing program is useful for this site and community, and you really glad to see my works and works of other people there.

Heya, it's good that you asked this. In my opinion there are very few people who write and a lot of members are busy in general.
I'd suggest to wait for summer as holidays time start. Then we could expect more people free. I'd like to post a lot of stuff (I've got over 35 my book chapters but they need translation) and I cannot write a lot because of my studies.
One more thing is that this site more or less is about mods and games so there's nothing wrong that there are very few literates. Best way would be to share this group existence on other forums were people write.
That's it what I think.
This group is fine. The only reasons I rarely post is that I am already preoccupied with hobbies such as gaming, modding, geeking out over lore such as Star Wars on other sites. I also have my real life responsibilities such as to God -- I am a Catholic -- and to my family -- a lot of drama with them... Et cetera. Writing is sort of low on my list. It is not that I do not like it. In fact, I enjoy thinking up stories when I can. Neo-noir/space opera/mystery/romance are usually where my heart and mind takes me; and forming stories takes time. Even when I can write them out, that requires me to divert time to it that is usually needed for something else. But I enjoy putting story to text and or paper, and this group is fine. I hope that answered that question, ha.

Personally, i like what you're doing here. I know that literature is your field and you seem to be doing very well, in my opinion at least. Although I'm not an expert by any means, I think I know a talented writer when I see one! :)
I only wish I could get more involved, but I had to put many personal projects on the shelf, like reading, modding and other hobbies- as well as learning Russian - you know how time consuming studies *and* work can get.

I'd suggest that sometimes,you may put some easter eggs(like saying stuff from other places) or have a funny part sometimes in your literature

I can't see anything wrong about it, but it's true what "Sgt_Prof" says that this website is more about Games & Mods. I myself like what you are working on and I have read a little about it, when I have the time for it.
It's just that, when I have free time I use it on gaming or out with my friends. But when I have nothing else to do, I work here on ModDB and watch what folks are sending me.
But keep up the good work BagaturKhan, never stop doing what you like to do.
I suppose there is no harm in having this group, I enjoy reading it occasionally when I stumble with the articles and whatnot...however there is not much I can add to this conversation as I rarely mod or hang around here in this site these days.
Unlike other communities we are happy for you to promote your work on this site in any way you deem necessary. We welcome all community members, especially those who have responded to this thread and do so much to make ModDB a better place for all
Indeed, there's nothing wrong with this page. I would like to have more time for it, but sadly I don't for the time being. Keep the good work Alex.
I love your stories my friend, I think this is one of the better groups on this site, even if the content normally isn't mod related, it's good stuff, I hope you carry on the good work

I'm relatively new to social networks so I cannot claim to wield a truly strong opinion on the matter. Personally, I think the problem of this group's stagnancy has more to do with the nature of this site/forum, i.e. videogames & mods, etc; which is not the ideal platform/medium for sharing &/or popularizing literary activity.
Please do not be discouraged by the lack of enthusiasm on this site; I was a literature student not too long ago myself, & the one advice I can give you is, never give up your creative propensity, Alexander my friend. It will ALWAYS pay off in the end, one way or another, believe me.

Yea !... I hate to burst the enthusiasm bubble Alex but most of the guys are right
I mean from personal experience people are not even responsive towards game plans and features if the said game or mod is not released , they cannot download and play , much less reading big stories , unfortunately :/
I had my 58 chapter story at my blogs , it was read by average by 20 people like i remember and then the number stopped but at least it was happening in just few days
Your stories are fun , quirky and entertaining but all of them still have stereotypes : far away human colonies , aliens that are ugly , a lot of military wank , bias over high ranked army officials , the oppressed , submissive population personality etc.
This i do not mean critics , this i mean what i overall understood
And what i understood is that these are targeted for age range 15 - 20 years old , maybe even 10 - 20 years old
It is cool that DB allows us to promote ourselves in any way we can even though sometimes we might be doing it wrong
If there in Russia you can publish them and make money with them , you don't even need us anymore Alex (:
