With 30,000 mods on site we run 2 phases to the competition, phase 2 voting allows focused votes on the top picks and the winners are announced 29th.

If previous MOTY winners are off the table, aren't at least 3 spots wasted on ETS2, Operation BM and Black Mesa?
I mean if they were being pushed off the top 100 by just 3 mods then they probably weren't going to win anyway, but still, it feels a bit redundant to include them.
