Part of me hates the idea of "Dude, you got mythological creatures in mah Tiberium brah! And you got Tiberium on mah Fairies an' ****."
But then the other part of me loves this and how well done it looks so far

This looks awesome. The detail on this mod is insane. But I'm not digging the fantasy look of the mythical faction, considering it's set in the Tiberium universe. Maybe if they were an alien faction of their own, with looks to match, it would fit in.
Not my decisions to make though. I'm curious how this mod will develop, so, tracking.

Well, this mod is and will be more C&C than anything else. So Fozen Throne is one of many things that this mod definitivle is not. But much better than WC3.
Then do so. DetoNato wouldn't put in a race of snakepeople without knowing how to make it fit in.
