Next up in our faction coverage are the Dwarves! Every single Dwarven unit has been overhauled. Today we'll show you a couple of the more thorough redesigns.

Dwarf Guardians
The Guardians get to keep most of their iconic silhouette, but have otherwise been redesigned to have less cartoony proportions. The texture incorporates designs from the Hobbit films as well as some of our own ideas.

Battle Wagons
Gone is the miniature Great Beast of Mordor pulling the wagon. We replaced it with a ram based on the ones seen in the last Hobbit film.
The wagon itself has been retextured to be less bright and orange, and the driver is replaced with a proper Dwarf warrior.

Men of Dale
In vanilla BFME2, the Men of Dale are a carbon copy of BFME1's Rohan Yeoman Archers. We thought of this as one of the lazier design decisions EA made, so we went all-out designing a completely new Man of Dale unit.

King Daín Ironfoot
Another serious redesign here, replacing the original design with a model that combines elements of Weta Workshop's Daín and the royal armor they designed for Thorin, as well as our own ideas.
Credit and a big thanks to SEE's Nazgul for allowing us to use his excellent helmet and axe mesh!

But still guys you have done marvelous job here!The Models are not only HD of the Best Quality but also their Designs are awesome,such a great Combination of Vanilla with WETA and your own Style and Touch into one epic work!
And I must say that I am literally in love with your King Dain and Dale Units!You gave the Dale Units such and Unique and own style,so cool and great looking Model and same goes for King Dain! :-) I am really eager to play them in Game!Keep the great work and good luck! :-)
P.S. About Next Faction,I would love to see Gondor/Rohan(Men of the West XD )!! :-)

Yeeeeeees they are done pretty damn cool !!! Well I already recognise Mathijs's work because most of the stuff for the Dwarves is from Shadow and Flame, for example Gimli, if I am not mistaken. Please Give next Isengard. TO WAAAAAAAAR !!!

Gimli's the only thing from SaF. For the Dwarves, at least.
Yes Gimli is. And If I am correct most of the stuff yours, I think I have seen them before on Revora. Dalian Archers are definately yours, can't remember from where though ...

Great update, just the soldiers on the battle weagons aren't all with a new model, probably you could fix that ;)
Oh no they have new models They just maintain very similar look to the vanilla models ;):
